My Fitness Routines and Health Tips

Okay; let me tell you gurl! You want that juicy booty for the summer?! Isn't it so? Than lets start training!

I am 20 years of age and was recently 33 kg. I know that's waaaaaay under the average, and I've gained 10 kg so for and have 10 more to go. Since my height is 150 cm my goal weight is 55 kg. So, I started eating every next hour, mostly carbohydrates, because they are the fundamentals which are converted into fat for storage purposes, which allows you to gain weight. Because I'm rather petite, I’ve never had that many curves my entire life. Only for the past month did I start doing some workouts (mainly focused around my hips and abdomen). You must note that in a situation like this, you’re not aiming to and it’s not ideal for you to lose weight. Therefore, working out after 9 o'clock is ideal. If you do want to shed off a few extra pounds while you're at it, start working out in the mornings as your metabolism is just firing up and early exercise can really boost/enhance this process. In terms of energy drinks, start with a smoothie. I recommend adding peaches, bananas and strawberry ice-cream. After I'm done with my workout, within the next hour, I drink down a cup of whey protein (a single spoon for women, 2 for men). Also, I make sure that I'm hydrated all throughout the day, with at least 16 cups of water a day.

Stay posted, as I will share my workout routine too pretty soon. Thank you so much for reading and have a nice day! <3

How I Ended Up In University

Hello guys!
I wasn't the perfect student and by the time of graduation, I almost had done no IGCSEs.
Lets talk about how I ended up in University. I think students like me must take this route to end up at their desired section of education.
I finished high-school with really bad grades and I didnt do any A-Levels. So my dreams of going to England (through UCAS) were already crushed. I started searching for collages and I found one. I finished an online course on opthalmic dispensing and recieved a certificate from the USA. As I was still in collage, I got accepted into Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, UK. Opthalmic dispensing without having all the standard entry reqirements. And my advisor told me that having gone to collage for one year will allow me to skip the first year of University. Call it luck or hard work, but if you're able to do it, go for it. It's never too hard or too late to achieve your dreams.
